Website Orders
When we receive an order placed on our website, we will send you confirmation e-mail. Please check your order and the shipping address. If everything is correct, no need to reply and we will ship your order. If there are any changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We try to ship the next day when possible so you can receive your order quickly. We have this policy in place for your protection and to prevent fraud. Alamo Organics does not store or see your credit card information. Pay Pal or Google Check Out processes credit card orders for us. If you would prefer not to use Pay Pal or Google Checkout, email us the items you want with your shipping address. We will give you a total for your order and we can make arrangments with you to pay by credit card over the phone. We accept all major credit cards and process them locally, we will not use Pay Pal or Google Check out. We have a seperate Merchant account we us to process local orders. Shipping
We normally ship by USPS priority mail for the Flat Rate Shipping of $4.88 USA addresses only. Flat Rate Shipping only applies to USA addresses. Free shipping for Wagging Green, West Paw Design, dog and cat foods of heavy weight items only applies to shipping address in the USA only. If you are out of the USA, please choose international in check out. To qualify for Free Shipping in the USA, your order must be over $60.00. Select Free Shipping Order Over $60 during checkout. If after you place your order, you decide to cancel an item for whatever reason (out of stock, on back order, you change your mind) and your order falls below $60, you are required to pay the $4.88 Flat Rate Shipping for USA orders to ship the rest of your order. a refund will be applied to cover the items that were canceled, minus the $4.88 shipping cost. Please selct the shipping that apply to your order during checkout. Special shipping rates apply to Canada and Mexico for up to 20lbs, more than 20 lbs choose international. Please note: If a package is returned due to a wrong or bad address supplied by the customer, any additional shipping charges for re-shipping the returned order will be the responsibility of the customer. If the returned package is damaged, a refund will be provided only for items that are re-sellable. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days after your payment is processed for in stock items. If you have a very large order, this may add more time to processing your order. We will contact you should there be any delays in processing or shipping of your order. Please note: During heavy volume or for products that are in high demand, an order may not ship for up to 7-10 business days after it was received. We will notify should your order be delayed.
On occasion, or during peak seasons, popular items may become out of stock and placed on back order. If we know the item will be out of stock for more than 10 business days, we will notify you. You will have your choice to wait for the item to come in or we will refund you for the items not currently in stock and ship your order. You can also decide to have your current order shipped and pay additional shipping fees when the back order items are back in stock.
Canceling Your Order
You can decide to cancel your order at any time. If you order has not yet shipped, you will be given a refund by the same way that you paid for your order. Please allow up to 10 days for your refund to process. If your order has shipped, you will be required to refuse the order when it arrives or receive the order and pay shipping back to us. Please see Returns policy below as this policy would apply.
All orders received on our website are on a first come, first serve basis.
Recycling
As Alamo Organics is a green company, please don't be offended if your order arrives in a recycled box or is packed with newspaper or recycled materials. We try to recycle everything possible and keep it out of the landfills. We will not purchase bubble wrap or other packing materials that are not environemetally friendly, but we will re-use them when they come in packages from our own purchases. We will make sure the recycled materials we use are clean and usable. So please recycle our packing materials as well. We are fortunate to live in a community that use single stream recycling with Texas Disposal Systems, almost everything we cannot re-use is recycled.
Returns
We are a small company and cannot accept returns if you do not like a product. If you decide you do not want a product, please call to arrange to ship it back to us. The product must be unused and in re-sellable condition. Customer pays all shipping cost plus a $1.00 restocking fee for each product returned. Once we receive your return and inspect the product we will apply the amount of the product minus a $1.00 re-stocking fee for each product returned to your credit card. Shipping fees will not be refunded and are the responsibility of the customer. All sales of dog or cat food and treats are final. No returns are accepted for dog/cat foods and treats as we don't know what type of environment they have been stored.

Unfortunately, at this time , we do not carry samples for all of the products we carry. We do have 1 oz. samples of some of our organic skin care products. We currenlty have free 4 oz. samples of dry dog and cat food, you only pay a small handling fee and postage. We encourage you to try these samples when available. We know you and your pets will love them. We hope you understand that as a small company we cannot afford to offer free samples.
If, however, we make an error in your order or it is received damaged or is lost, we will be glad to correct it. Please, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can make arrangements to correct your order. If the item is damaged, you may be asked to save damaged item for the shipping company to inspect. Please, save the box it came in and all packing materials.

If you are interested in purchasing anything on this site, you may do so by adding the items to your shopping cart. We accept Pay Pal & Google Check Out for online orders. You do not have to register with Pay Pal or Google to complete your order. If you do not have a Google account, use the BIG CHECK OUT button. This will take you to Pay Pal, if you do not have a Pay Pal account, select “Use other form of Payment” on the left side of the screen by the credit card logos. You can then use MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Debit etc. Our website is secure and the shopping cart is a Shopsite high secure site as well. We do not see or store your credit card information.
Privacy Policy
Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. If you choose to be added to our mailing list, on occasion and for special offers or announcements you may receive communication from us. We do not see or store your credit card information. We do not sell e-mail addresses or any information we receive from our customers. We purchased an SSL certificate from GeoTrust, our site is secure.

Sunscreen/Sun Block Products Disclaimer
Is a good sunscreen all I need to stay safe?
No. Sunscreen can only provide partial protection against harmful effects of the sun. Limiting sun exposure and wearing protective clothing are even more important when it comes to protecting against skin cancer and premature skin aging. Be extra careful about sun exposure during the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. since the sun's rays are the most intense during this time of the day. When using sunscreen, make sure you apply it generously 30 minutes before going outside and reapply it often, at least every 1-2 hours or after sweating, swimming or towel drying. Even the best sunscreen won't work if you don't use it correctly. (ACS 2007; BCC 2003).
